The Swan Hotel and Spa at Newby Bridge | Commercial Case Studies

Following on from work done at the St Michaels Hotel Cornwall as sister hotel of the Swan Hotel, Anapos were asked to help in the design and pre-contract requirements for the proposed Main contractor bid for the development of the New Spa At the Swan Hotel Newby Bridge.

Anapos were delighted to then be part of the Main Contractors team to construct owing to the help they had given to fitout the spa’s new thermal equipment, a fully glazed fronted Sauna, Aroma Tiled Steam Room and Two feature showers.

The work was all installed and completed and handover in line with The Main Contractors program along with the staff training and was all complete before practical completion.
